head feeling

Any one had this feeling were yo feel like somthing is pushing down on your head like you are going to fall down aswell.gives you a racy heart and weak legs.x

Hi,

I get a really heavy head like I have a crash helmet on, if that makes sense, and my heart races, I get really hot and flushed and I can get off balance with it, somtimes where I have to sit down. Not sure if that helps, but know I get this when I am anxious.

It does sound like how your saying what you get it makes you panic worse.
