Hey guys, do any of you get burning feel in your throat along with tightness

The tightness comes from the anxiety - it is very uncomfortable at times - your muscles are tight. I get gaggy feelings most mornings - like a sensitive gag reflex, so I can eat very well and have lost a lot of weight.
