Double dose

:blush: Um, I think I've done something a bit daft.

Doing my usual female trick of multi-tasking in front of the computer, I have just taken my 20mg dose of Cit and as soon as I took it I thought "hang on, didn't you already take it?"

So..I'm not absolutely sure if I have doubled dosed or not, I know that it can't do me any harm (I don't stress too much about these things!) but am wondering if I may have any side effects tomorrow? I'm not particularly worried but I would like to be prepared, just in case!

I dont honestly think you will feel too bad L/B .You may have a headache and feel more drowsy or spaced out tho ..Its easily done ,Ive often forgot to take any at all and never felt any different .So hopefully you will be ok .Take care Sue x

I'm sure you'll be fine. The odd doubled dose (or two) shouldn't do you any harm. And there was me thinking that women were good at multi-tasking lol.
