I got really sunburnt on my back and shoulders today it's really hurting and ice got to wait till hubby gets home at 9pm for aftersun - I'm terrified I'm gonna get sunstroke! Am I being stupid??

Well you're not being stupid, but you won't get sunstroke either. You weren't in the sun long enough and it's not strong enough or hot enough. However, you must of forgotten to put your lotion on, very naughty lol:winks::winks:

Try getting a towel and wetting it, wring it out so it's just damp and cool and wrap it round your shoulders it'll cool your sunburn down nicely till hubby can aftersun you. Hope this helps.

Maybe get your hubby to put some moisturiser on your sunburn hun. Don't forget the sun lotion next time ;)

I thought sunstroke was in relation to hydration? Just make sure you drink lots on a hot day and youll be fine.
