depression:response delays

Hi all,

Does anyone feel like they are slow when down, it makes me seem a bit thick at times even tho when I am on top form I am just as quick as the next guy. Its probably my mind being pre-occupied or the fact I just want to switch off.

Most days are the same for me first thing on a morning, feeling groggy and not really with it.

I also find it hard to think straight - very cloudy/fuzzy

That first response made me chuckle, I am proper crap on a morning but by midday I start to peak and by the time I get home from work I am back to propr thick as my brain goes into switch off mode!

It is hard to keep concentration when you suffer with anxiety, there is always something around the corner waiting to trip you up so you lose focus on what you are doing.

I must get better tho, its starting to my missis head in when I am in switch off mode most of the time at home.
