Lump feeling in my throat/heartburn

Hi guys...
This is driving me mad i hope someone can help?!!
Last friday i had heartburn all morning which carried on most of the day and then the next day....then sunday the heartburn was still there but with a feeling of a lump when i swallowed, the heartburn is today eased slightly but burns when i eat somethings but the lump feeling is still there.
My throat feels tight and the lump is awful...terrified this is stomach cancer or something similar?
I'm 24...single mum to 3 kids and its terrifying me now.

I know exactly what you are talking about, I have experienced the same thing on and off for 2 years.

I too have had days and weeks of panicing that it is cancer, but I am still here and what you experiencing is acid, and the stress and anxiety is causing the lump. Its one of the many symptoms you get with anxiety is a lump in your throat.

So please dont worry, I know its hard but if you try and relax it will ease off. Mine can last for days, but it does go.

I have this at the moment too - indigestion and swallowing problem - driving me mad.
