Just to say hello to everyone on this great website. I'm really glad I came across this website because the forum contains so many personal experiences that I can relate to.
I suffer from anxiety attacks and I'm still reeling from the effects of a particularly bad attack over a week ago. Advice from my doctor suggests I ought to be considering cognitive behavioural therapy and I would be glad to hear from anyone who has undertaken CBT.
I look forward to being part of this forum.
Best Regards
AL

i too am trying to forget an attack I had over a week ago, its no fun is it, I have had a few smaller ones but felt this one was big.
I think CBT is wonderful, try it if your offered, there is nothing to loose.
