I have been suffering from severe anxiety disorder for about 5 years now, but I believe longer than that. I was diagnosed five years ago-when I was 20 years old. I still suffer from it, and go through new phases and get new symptoms until I learn to overcome those. I started with the "heart attack" symptoms. After many EKG's and other tests, this obviously was not the problem.
My most recent "thing" is tension headaches which leads to the thought of brain tumors/hemorrhaging/etc...I guess my biggest issue or fear with this disease is "how will I know when something is REALLY wrong and it's not just an attack??" Anybody out there feeling this same way??
