just to let you know , its day 3 post diazepam and now feel a lot better. Hopefully I can continue now without it, but so glad I had it.:yesyes:

Well done Jean, my advice to you going forward though is never to take a benzodiazapine or sleeping pill again. Whatever the problem is..... talk it through.

Hi Panic Man,
I do not intend to . the diazepam help me through a very bleak period and that is it now . I am obviously strong willed as it has never crossed my mind to take them again and it has been nearly 2 months!!
