Bad day!!! HELP

Ive just got home from a trip to london and my mum told me i have an appointment thru to have an echocardiogram..... HELP im so frightened recently had a 3 day heart test because i said to doc bout palps. my chest feels really full and when i burp it feels better like the air is coming out of my chest or something. Im so scared to have the echocardiogram what if they find something terrible

try to stay calm ,,sounds like your docter wants to tick all the boxes ,i think he just wants to check e verything fine ,, worrying will make you feel worse ,,,as for air in your chest sounds like your over breathing because you are anxious take slow deep breaths xxxx
