All the studying and work pressure probably had probably created a lot of anxiety. Had my first anxiety attack around three years ago and am still getting it whenever I physically exert myself. Recently it started for the worse whenever I am about to go to sleep and I am losing sleep as a result. I have gone for all the medical checkups but real indication of a heart problem.
