i have constante thorts or things that are well not nice about murders sucied self harm and so on its like i become mezmorzed by it like an arsonist to a flame ijust wordered if it as an ocd thig i use dto ave surver ocd with cleaning but i seem to have gone the opesiot way with that and dotn care and thinking to my sel fi would be better if i had the ocd cleaning agian madness it sounds

Hi Hopers,

Its hard to know whether is ocd or not, have you talked to any Drs or alike about it.

As with any anxiety issue, they are only thoughts, they dont represent who you are. Always try and distract yourself with something else when they try to mesmorise you. Cleaning when required would be best.
