Hi! As you would know I like working-out in the gym bu I've laid off for awhile, for I had my last worst attack while exercising. And I'm having a hard time gaining back my composure since my first atack one year ago. Again it's just anxiety that's now related to my I bumped into this articles regarding supplements which can help the nervous and cognitive system More like supporting the para-sympathetic response(FLIGHT & FIGHT), and can lower cortisol, w/c is the stress hormones in our body. That can also help with focus and mental clarity. For I myself is having a hard time keeping my focus while doing physical exercises. I'll keep you guys posted with my experience with PS or PC supplements!:)
