Changing from Citalopram to Prozac??

Hi,

I have been on Citalopram 50mg's for the past year but I am really struggling with the 2 stone weight gain I've had since starting it....and have been under the nurse for 4 weeks now following a strict diet and have not lost 1lb.
Chatted to her this evening and spoke about possibly swapping over to Prozac-have been on this before and didn't have the weight gain problem.

Any suggestions.

It depends what the Citalopram is being used to treat.

I found it great for depression but did not touch the anxiety or panic. I put on over 2 stone whilst on Prozac as well.
