Had a sore throat and a blocked nose, so i took some paracetimals swallow then both but all of a sudden feels like my throat is blocked and a cant breathe :( keep trying to talk and nothing is coming out wtf

I get this with anxiety and the whole swallowing problem.

If you are really worried then call out of hours doc but I had the same and couldn't talk, swallow or breathe right.
