Well after doc after they say this is me http://www.bio-behavioral.com/Hypochondriasis.asp well i cant understand why my bowells are soooo messed up i dont know whats going to happen from one day to the next!!!They say ibs i say in my head liver dease then they say its all in my head the battle of the brain and controll of ones body is somtimes hard to do!!!I live under there controll of pill after pill of poison just to make it threw the days even though i still hold a very tuff job and work everyday but i think thats the only thing that keeps me going for now but most of the time my mind isnt there the what if thinking always haunts me like a ghost!!!Am i dying of liver dease are can it be in my head!!!Thats the battle of the brain..Well on the 8th of this month iam going in for a endoscopy and a colonoscopy just to put my mind at ease so they say!!!But i know it will not iam a little worked up over the tests iam getting ready to have done but i know to take deep breaths and relacks because iam in good hands!!I also have a app with a heptogist for a second opion and iam hopping that someday i can put this all at rest and live a normal life again and hoping someday i can look back and maby laugh at why i put my self threw all this and that iam really healthy and not dying of liver problems so all i can do is pray iam alright and i will see my son grow up to be a man!!!

You do sound like you have a good dose of health anxiety but you are soo not alone with this and if you are focussed on your liver there is usually a reason why this was sparked off.

forrest ther are many of us who fear a certain type of illness, not because we are hypocondriacs but for one reason or another we are vulnerable and our body has reacted to this with symptoms of fear. you are not alone and many of us are here to do just what you talk of, get better, have peaceful thoughts in our minds, not those of sickness and death.

why dont you join us all in an effort to over come this and to look back and maybe one day laugh or at least look back at it in our past.
