Hi all my name is jeff and I am from bristol in the uk and I am married with one child.I have had panic attacks pretty much all my life which I have managed to work around.I have also suffered from depression which took a long time to get over,but get over it you will....Anyway this looks a great website and I look forward to hearing from you and reading your posts. the people here are lovely... im glad to hear that you have managed to work around you attacks... i too have come a long way in the last year but it was hard work...but very worth it...
