group telephone therapy

I decided yesterday that I should be in receipt of some type of counselling/therapy but as where I live the support groups are very thin on the ground. I had my referals had 1 appt. then nothing Had another one with another support group and I was cancelled again . So as said I contacted No Panic and have joined up for a 1 hour a day per week 14 week course.
Sad really . but gives an idea what support is available .:shrug: Its not a dig at any anxiety /depression groups, its just how I feel.

I have been off work for coming up to 7 months now and was getting a little desperate as I thought I was just going to be left and forgotton about . And apart from that the family needs a rest!!

i volunteerd for no panic, also i used to call them a lot for support they r good xx
