hi there,im 6 mnths pregnant and having severe panic attacks and i dnt know how to control them and are scaring me so much,i used to suffer from the odd panic attack before i was pregnant and went on some medication for them but now theyve cum bk twice as bad and strong all of a sudden and the worst thing is i cant take any meds for it while im pregnant to calm me down,so i dnt know wot to do now or how to cope,im in tears nearly everday coz of them and at my wits end now,plz someone help me.
