According to the leaflet in the decongestants, I am not supposed to take them with propranolol. I definately have a cold, and tend to suffer with my sinuses, so I wanted to get on top of the congestion, anyone know of any types of decongestand that can be taken with beta blockers?

I think you need to speak to a pharmacist about that as there are so many products on the market that it would be unwise for anyone here to recommend anything, in case it interacts with the betablocker.

I'm sure you'll find something suitable to help.

I was had a bit of a chesty cough about a week ago and I was using Benylin Chest Cough - NON DROWSY and that worked for me but i'm not so sure you could use anything else with the propranolol..I think your best bet is to go to the chemist and tell them your taking propranolol and ask them to give you advice on what you could take :)
