Ok ive got an appointment to see my doctor on wednesday about my migraines....but whats scaring me is this one symptom, i'll try to explain it.
When im sitting down im fine but when i go to stand up i get this pulsing sensation in my head and it makes everything sound funny kind of whooshy and pulsing does that make sense it only lasts for a minute and it can come and go and it is scaring me , im terrified its a brain tumour or something so any thought on this would be good to keep me calm just now, was going to tesco got up out the car to stand up and bingo it happens x help

possible due to changes in blood pressure when we get up. I used to get dizziness when getting up quickly, so i'm guessing it could also cause the symptom that you describe. :)

sounds like bp but it could be your inner ear causig these symptoms ,,

also if you are not hydrated enough you can sometimes hear your pulse in your head... i know that sounds mad but i often get that, esp like said above if i get up to quick. hope this helps
