I'd been feeling really good last week and the weekend, hardly any anxiety at all. I'd even started to look for a job yesterday!

Then today I was out walking and all of a sudden I became highly anxious and felt like I was going to have a panic attack.

Anyway since then I've felt awful, really anxious/depressed, not good at all. I slept most of the day and now I have a headache, palps, feeling funny and dizzy, basically all the symptoms of anxiety. I managed to eat but now feel sick and nauseous :weep:

Im just so annoyed that after a week or so of feeling good, I can come crashing down again like this, it just makes me feel less confident in myself. I dont know that Im ever going to beat this, havent been able to shake that thought all day, I feel like im stuck in a dark tunnel and cant see the light at the end of it! Im so sensitive to what people say and the slightest thing can really affect me.

anybody else get a run of good days then have one bad day and it throws you off track completely?

Totally know how you feel!

Sometimes it feels like one step forward, two steps back. It's the nature of anxiety. Try not to be hard on yourself and don't beat yourself up for having bad days. :)

Cheers Dazza, I know your right its the nature of anxiety - it just sucks though doesnt it? Just as you think its going it comes back and bites you on the ass!

Hope your having more good days than bad :)

Oh yes i do ,,i am like you cant understand why ,, it bothers me ,,i try to say come on you were great last week but it dosent help ,i think the only thing we can do is accept it ,

yes your right, I think once I can accept the bad days and move on then things will start to improve hopefully! thanks x
