Unsteady BPM

hi all just a quick question...is it normal for a persons BPM to rise and fall as mine does...just took my BPM 4 times and its been:

78bpm - 96bpm - 82bpm - 78bpm just wondering if this is normal or should i have it checked out? thanks in advance :)

Are you talking about the bottom number of your blood pressure readings? If so these numbers are fine and its normal for blood pressure to fluctuate. The reading in the 90s would be monitored if it was permenantly in the 90s but your age and fitness level are usually taken into account too.
