Shingles

I just found out my mom has shingles. She lives miles away and I haven't seen her, however I haven't had chickenpox, and my dad is sending me a letter, now my mind has therefore built a whole journey of him leaving the house, touching something she touched, then posting the letter to me... from touching the letter can I get chickenpox?

NO you cant get it from the letter honestly just enjoy the reading of the letter
