Slight back pain when urinating

Does anyone know if IBS can cause kidney pain while urinating? I am scared sick that I have a kidney stone. The pain started just this morning and is not constant.

sounds like you may have water infection do you feel light headed as this also i a sign

I feel kind of fatigued yes but I am thinking that may be due to the fear I'm experiencing right now. I am going to see the doctor in an hour.

Well I went to the DR and she said that my urine looked good but she is sending it to the lab just to make sure. She said there isn't any blood which very likely rules out kidney stones. I am still nervous but hey what can you do. She said it may be a factor of gas and constipation.

Has anyone else had back pain with constipation and diarrhea?
