You might get lucky and find one at the local library, it's worth asking. If not, do you have any of those new age style shops in your area. They often sell meditation and relaxation materials as well as all the jewellery, candles and tarot cards.

You can get them from most pshychic shops if there is one near by where you live. I got some crystals out of there for my anxiety and they sell lots of meditation books/cd's etc. there x

You don't apply for them. You can get them at walmart probably, or the equivalent of the uk. They are pretty much like a gift card kind of.
