pms and weakness

Hi everyone,

I just wondered if anyone feels really weak about a week before their period starts? I have a thyroid condition(hashimotos) so I am not sure if it is that or if it is PMS or combination of them both. I feel so so exhausted too and am scared that it could be something more serious.

I dont have an thryroid issue. But I wondered about it because a couple of day before my period I get extreme weakness and dizziness. I have to sit down otherwise I'm very sure I would fall down or pass out. I also get issues with blood sugar level s I think.
I would be interested to know if this was related to monthly cylcles and hormones.
