Nausea + Throat Burning

EDIT: Sorry for another useless thread, I always overreact to everything health related!!

I have a bit of nausea, I haven't thrown up yet, but it feels like I might. It's gotten a bit better over the last 30 minutes, BUT now like the bottom of my throat is burning. I read about how bulimics can die because their esophagus burns open from all the acid in there throat AND I have no more antacids left. What should I do?

a lot of people get a burning in their throat before being sick (i hope you're not sick, though).

you could try milk, it should help acid burn.

UGH I HATE THIS!!! I'm so nauseous, but I won't throw up. It's so annoying!! I hate this feeling of about to throw up, but never doing it. I just want to throw up so I can feel better. Should I just force myself to throw up do you think? Or should I wait and see if it occurs naturally? I'm already having extreme diarrhea. If I throw up now, I think it might dehydrate me completely or something. I don't even know how I typed this, without throwing up, this feeling sucks so much. Nausea is 10x worse then vomiting. Every time I burp, it gets a bit better though. I hope it just goes away or I vomit soon, because I can't take this feeling anymore.
