How can Citalopram work when u still get the same worrying?

Hi all,

I wondered how me being on Citalopram will work because i still get the same worrying thoughts about my health which in turn make me feel horrid!

Its the worrying that is making me depressed and i dont think i can cope anymore.

you are on citalopram for health anxiety? thats crazy. you need CBT. again, tell me the whole story and ill help you get out of that rut. x
