Hi Laura,
Try not to worry about taking Cit, you may not get any side effects but if you worry it will just increase your anxiety. My first week was tough but I got through it and now I'm feeling calmer and more together, still a way to go but getting there and not wrapped up in the anxiety like I was this time last week.

Perhaps try writing a diary or putting a daily post here on the forum to document how you feel and get it out of your system, there are plenty of us to offer encouragement and advice if things do get worse at the start. They may but you can get through it and reach the other side.

Read the Cit Survival Guide if you haven't already, it's a good read and don't think that you have to have any of the side effects listed, everybody is different and the meds don't affect everyone who takes them the same.
