I live in Bolton and suffer with severe panic attacks and general anxiety; for what reason I'm still working on that. If anyone would like to meet up in Manchester or surrounding; a group, what ever let me know. It would be nice to meet somone and share stories; reassurance I'm not alone!!

I'm not big on busy crowds but I like my food and a bottle of plonk? It feels strange asking to meet up but do it with safety in mind, in an open place, bring a friend etc??? The more the merrier!!

hiya, i do understand about it being hard for people to meet up, but i don't actually know anyone personally who is going through what i am, i have had this for 7 years now and most of the time ive kept it to myself, which has made it worse, but i think its a good thing to be able to meet up and share what we are going through, it will be hard at first, but you never know the support could be really helpful and knowing that you have someone close by is reasurring in itself
