I dont know what to do anymore :weep:
i keep getting these everyday, one minute i'll be fine then suddenly i will get all these symtoms at once.
Lathargic
Fatigueness
Headaches
Faint feeling
Tired
Zapping/Shooting Sensations Before Sleep
Feeling extremley Ill
ALSO! - sometimes i wake up and i can only breath in so far, say the average person can breath in fully 100% i can sometimes only breathe in 20% :weep:
What causes these, im pretty sure its not anxiety. Ive had anxiety long enough to know what effects it has on me, and im very worried and these symtoms.
