Something 'sticking out' under my rib/heart area??!!

Does anyone else get this sort of feeling? under my left breast and slightly to centre where my heart is, it feels like something is constantly 'sitcking out' from under my rib?? If i bend forward it is much more obvious too :( ive had this on & off for about 3 months... i get chest pains too... ive hadmany ECGs , all clear. Its just this weird 'sticking out' sensation slightly under my breast and in centre of chesta bit? What on earth could it be?! I keep thinking my heart has swelled up or moved or something lol.

I think i know what you mean.If i am sitting and i bend forward it feels like something is getting stuck in my ribs under my left.

yeah i dont just get it when im sitting tho. its completely gone today, but no doubt in a bit it will start happening again, its like my heart or something has swelled up or something is there poking out its horrible. its not so bad when im completely relaxed... reallyodd...why would this be???
