Philophobia Help

my girlfriend say she wan to break with me and she say she has Philophobia because of her parent i tell her stop think negative thing but think positive thing she say she cant stop thinking and she say she just dont 1 any relationship. she scare we together the history last time her parent made will come over to us. Can somebody help her??

She can talk to a psychiatrist about it and get some help. That has to be her choice though. I know through experience that you cannot force someone you love to seek assistance... Watching someone you love suffer is a very difficult thing to do. Just tell her she can get help. Good luck.
