Really Odd Heart Sensations...help :(

Please help.

I keep getting tickling where my heart is, mostly under left breast, feels like crawling/tickling feeling its horrible, it doesnt hurt but its really scaring me..

Also, I have what feels like someone 'pinching' my heart..(again under left breast) . When the pinching happens, it can sometimes go quite 'tight', and then it hurts... kinda feels like somethings pokingout from under my breast..what on earth is going on :-(

I get central chest aches too like dull aches that last ages then go for a couple of days or so, ive had ECG's which are all normal, but im starting to doubt they are good enough..

This pinching and tickling and tightening sensations under left breast and slightly to the centre are really, really strange... please help anyone????? please :-(

I think that the ticking sensation sounds a lot like muscle spasm?

hey hun i was just on chat talking about something like this i explained it as feeling like there are butterfies ing my chest ..or mabe like my heart skips a beat but it dont its hard to explain ...i have a pain under my left breast too...good luck hun
