Hi im michelle im new to this site but it has been a life saverto me for a lot of years..

I suffer from health anxiety and panic attacks...I HATE IT!!!!!

I have suffered for over 6 years now and i still cant get it round my head at times that im not dying its just anxiety..

I suffered my first panic attack in aug 2003 whilst camping, i was so so scared, from then i just went into a downward spiral.

I have 3 kiddios and the anxiety stops me from doing so much with them at times, i feel so selfish..

Well i will add more here soon, im just starting lol
