well 3 t years ago ..i thought my life would never be the same ,, didn't get out of bed for 3 months depression anxiety panic attack feeling very ill with the symptoms ,had them all..now with the help of this site and Doctor going on my first holiday in 3 years on Saturday and i cant wait ,,going to France ,a little bit apprehensive but looking forward ,so if i can come this far m:bighug1:y friends you can do it do ,,there is a light at the end of that long black tunnel
