what would happen if i didn't take one tonight?

Hi all,

Having crap time on Mitz. Was just wondering what would happen if I didn't take one tonight. Any one else done this? When I was on Duloxetine dr said i could take one miss one. Does this also apply to Mitz? Will I be nice and awake tomorrow or feel just the same? Anyone?
