lower the dose?

started on 10mg for 7 days,now taking 20mg for 12 days symptoms now of fear and panic,suicidal thoughts (not that i would do it) extremely tired and weak do anybody think i should go back down to 10mg or just stop taking them im just thinking they are not agreeing with me although im taking lorazopram when it gets to bad,also if i stick it out which i doubt if it carries on the way i feel what are the withdrawal symptoms going to be if ever i come them

Hi,
Carry on with the higher dosage for a while longer if you can handle it. I think that you are going through side effects but these WILL pass.
I really hope that you start to feel better soon. It took me 7 weeks of side effects until I started to see light at the end of the tunnel.
