Ladies please? SEVERE nausea during period :(

I thinkg am going to actually throw up and I never get sickness this bad. Is this normal? I dunno what to do.It's keeping me awake. And the strange thing is my cramp isn't even that bad just now,it's just the God awful sickness. I'm beginning to worry something is wrong down there. I had a pelvic infection some time last year and I remember the doc saying I should have went to her earlier with the pain as I could be scarred down there and now I'm freaking about this and it all being connected.

have you tried multivitamins with iron? remember if you have a heavy period and you lose a lot of blood it can mimic the symptoms of anaemia... which can make you feel weak and nauseous. x

I get VERY bad nausea some months, usually the day after I come on so don't worry is perfectly normal! Some months I'll be fine, others I'll be really ill is just the luck of the draw I guess! xxxx
