feeling lost!!!

:ohmy:hi all,well after a week of ups and smileys,iv got up today feeling lost cant seem to get my bearings,i feel jittery shakey,palps,and a sense of not being here,an outer body experience,iv had this weird sensation before but cant remember if its the same feeling,im, as you can see im very confused,has anyone had this strange feeling?and what is it? and why dose this occur?,as i said the past week iv felt,normal,and its worrying me incase im going back down hill,can anyone explain this for me and give me any reasurance thats it not serious.sorry to be a burden.ellenx.
