Strange feeling in head. Need reassurance!

Hi. I'm going out of my mind and yet again there is another thing to worry about. I have started to get this weired sensation in my head. It almost feels like it's cold and something is running inside. Has anyone ever had anything like this before? I'm really worried! Please reply!

Yes i have had this before when i first got ill 9yrs ago and i have had 2 brain mri scans,cat scan and they were fine. I have had allsorts of weird headaches and feelings in my head and never found what they were.

I've had this before, during panic attacks and I also had it happen when I had taken zoloft. It's not something to worry about. Weird sensations happen and then they go away.
