Go back to your GP and explain how you are feeling. Some meds work for you others don't maybe he will prescribe you another type or increase your dosage. I want from 20mg to 40mg and then up to 60mg a day while I was on Citalopram.
After being on the higher dosage for a long while I could sense myself feeling down again. I told him how I felt and he changed me onto Sertraline
