ectopic beats getting me down :(

My heart seems like its always racing lately :( But just a minute ago I was relaxing on the sofa and my heart did all these weird beats It lasted longer then Ive ever had them :weep: Im 9 weeks pregnant and instead of thinking its ok its my anxiety Im in a state of panic all the time thinking what if some thing's wrong! :( I thought i was going to die can any one reassure me thanks xx

This has happend to me too on several occasions and if you read through the post all over this forum its a very regural occurance for people suffering with anxiety. In early pregnancy your heart can beat faster as it feeds blood and nutrients to the baby. I know its difficult but try get up and do something and not concentrate on it. If your heart was struggling as it sometimes feels with ectopic beats you would have passed out by now. Go for a walk and take deep breaths to ease it. You will be fine

my heart was wacky the whole time I was prego. Are you on meds? I had to increase mine, lots of water and rest too. End result though was more than worth it!
