Hi Roo

Welcome to the forum.

You might like to have a read through the First Steps (http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/default.asp?t=cms&c=firststeps) and Symptoms (http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/default.asp?t=cms&c=symptoms) information.

Have you had any treatment at all?

Hi Roo,

Welcome to the site. Hopefully you will start to see that you can get some help. I have this fear as well and have just started to 'overcome' it. I use this word with some reluctance because I'm sure it's only the beginning. But it's a start. Have a look for my posting under the Success stories category. Sometimes it just helps to know you are not alone.
