knee tingle cant get MS out of my head :(

Hi all, i have had a constant fear of MS for a year now i have been really good for the past few months but today i have woken up with a tingle in my knee cap. It feels like a buzzing & its not twitching or moving at all but its really bothering me. I have found myself doing things today i swore i would never do again like googling & i found myself on a MS forum & it was basically listing all the symptoms i have had for months :(

My burning tongue is back this week & now im thinking this is the start :(

I really dont want my anxiety to come back :( x

Anyone? I have woken up this morning and it's still doing it :( just a constant buzzing on my left side of my knee cap. I'm really worried :(

I had a tingling in the tops of my legs a couple of months ago and it lasted for weeks and I was getting really worried and thinking about MS it did eventually go away, I know its not really the same thing but just wanted to try and reassure you. I'm sure its nothing to worry about and tht it will go soon. Hope you are feeling better.
