Hello ....I am new

Although I have just signed up to this site, I am not new to Panic attacks and negative thinking sometimes bordering depression. I am male aged 60, and would welcome contact with others in similar situation to myself. I live in the New Forest in Hampshire, I would love to be well and free.. Casaromanya xx

Welcome to NMP, I've dealt with my depression on and off for a long time now and only recently got the anxiety and panic attacks, so I know how you feel. I went to the docs and got something to help deal with it and feeling more levelled out now.

Have you been prescribed anything yet or are you still struggling on your own?
