Sweats at night

Hi,
I've been on fluoxetine 20mg for 8 months now, and have recently started experiencing horrid night sweats. So much so that my pj's are visably wet and it wakes me up as I'm freezing.
On the plus side I think that it's keeping my weight down considering I'm eating like a horse at the moment.
Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing?

I have had night sweats on all the SSRIs I've taken, including Prozac.

I also get really bad night sweats along with consistent nightmares, I wasn't sure if it was the fluoxetine or not. Seems an odd side effect.
