hello

here is a list of my phobias.

1) being sick, being near someone who is being sick.
2) being in cars.
3) roundabouts.
4) motorways.
5) thunder & lightning.
6) being by myself at night.
7) boats.
8) planes.
9) the sea.
10)travelling.

i have more than this, but these are the ones that are affecting my life, at the moment.

Hello Mandy and welcome to the site.

Have you had anyhelp for any of these phobias thus far, and do you think some are more crucial to tackle than others?

People can overcome them with a help of a therapist and I wonder if you have discussed this option with your GP.

Meanwhile there are plenty of people here just like you and hope you'll find the info here useful and comforting.

All of these phobias are overcomable but you will have to work at each and every one of them, so maybe pick the one most important one to you and go and get some CBT help .
