Just cant go on...so upset

Had a good couple of weeks. Still had palps but not as many and certainly not as bad. Although even the odd few are upsetting.

Then I went to a homeopath as she helped me once before with something. She did say that homeopathy can aggravate a condition before it helps, so I do hope that is why for the last three days its been so bad.

Was in the supermarket, happy and not brothered apart from a little hot. Suddenly from no where a huge thud on my chest. I paid up and went home and then all evening and today I have constant thuds and missed beats. I was not anxious or anything and now, along with these sever panic.

Just not sure if its the homeopathy doing its job, or if I am just back to square 1.

What does the homeopathy do?

It supposedly works on a molecular level. Some believe it works and testify to recovering from various things, some say it does not work at all.

It's very like bach flower remedies but made up specifically for the individual after a long consultation.

Once before when I was unwell with something, it helped a lot.
